In December, the Seoul Lantern Festival fills the stream with thousands of hanji paper lanterns and LED art — one of the most romantic nights in Seoul. The stepping stones across the water are a couple's rite of passage.

Han River

Seoul's most romantic kilometer of cherry blossoms. Off-season: bike the riverside.
